| We have put together some of the more commonly asked questions. If you do not see the answer here, please do not hesitate to contact us by completing the online Information Request Form. Q: Do you have insurance? A: Yes we do, our maids are insured for
accidental damage whilst working in your home.
Q: Is there a minimum time for each visit? A: No, you can book as much or as little time
each week as you wish. Q: Do I need to sign a contract? A: No, if you do not wish to continue with our
services you can cancel at any time.
Q: How do I pay? A: Several of our regular customers like to take advantage of our Monthly Budget Scheme. This could not be simpler. Having successfully completed a trial with you we mutually agree a monthly figure. You simply set up a standing order for this amount payable every four weeks. We will send you a regular statement for your records and will organize a review on a regular basis. If you would rather, we can organize to collect cash or cheques on a weekly basis. Q: Do I have to be at home when you call? A: Not at all. If you leave a key for us we can
clean your home while you are at work. Q: How do you look after my house keys? A: Your house keys are tagged and locked in a
safe in a secure alarmed property. Q: Do I get the same housemaid every week? A: We will endeavour to ensure you have the same housemaid and will let you know of any changes. Q: Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment? A: Happy Housekeeper supply all cleaning
products, the only thing we would ask you to supply if possible is a vacuum
cleaner . Q: Can you do my ironing off site? A: Yes, we can take your ironing away and bring
it back at a convenient time. Q: Will you collect and deliver my ironing? A: Yes, we will collect and deliver your ironing
back to you within 24 hours. Q: What if I’m not satisfied with any of the work that
you do? A: If you are not satisfied we will come back and
redo the work free of charge.
